TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Terms

• These terms and conditions govern the rental of vehicles provided by Aonang Carrent, located in Ao Nang, Thailand.
• By signing the rental agreement, the renter acknowledges and agrees to comply with all terms set forth herein.

2. Eligibility and Documentation

• Renters must be at least 20 years old and hold a valid driver’s license for at least 1 years.
• Renters are required to present a valid passport or ID and a valid international or local driver’s license upon booking.

3. Rental Period and Usage

• The rental period starts and ends as stated in the
  rental agreement. Late returns may incur additional charges.
• The vehicle must be used solely for legal and appropriate purposes and may
  not be sub-leased or driven outside permitted areas without prior approval.

4. Payment and Security Deposit

• Full payment for the rental period must be made prior to
  receiving the vehicle.
• A refundable security deposit of 3000 THB will be required, which will be
  returned upon the vehicle’s safe return, subject to inspection.

5. Insurance and Liability

• Basic insurance coverage is included in the rental fee.
  Additional insurance options may be purchased.
• Renters are liable for any damages or theft that occur due to negligence or
  misuse.

6. Fuel Policy

• The vehicle will be provided with [Full Tank/Specific
  Fuel Level] and must be returned with the same level.
• A refueling fee will be charged if the vehicle is returned with less fuel
  than provided.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

• Renters must notify [Your Business Name] immediately in
  the event of a breakdown or accident. Unauthorized repairs are not permitted.
• Regular maintenance costs are covered by Aonang Carrent. Any damages
  caused by the renter will be charged accordingly.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellations made at least 24 hour prior to the rental
  date will be eligible for a full refund.
• In the case of an early return, Ao Nang Carrent will charge 50% of the
  remaining rental period as per the agreement.

9. Termination of Agreement

• Aonang Carrent reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice if the renter violates any terms.
